Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to have a seamless experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review the policy below.

ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
The product is not a part of final sale or custom orders

 

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE

Used or damaged items
Items without original tags
Final sale or discounted items
Custom or personalized products

 

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

Email us at hello@kodawaristudio.in with your order number and reason
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
Ship the product back using the instructions provided

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed:

As store credit / coupon (default)
Or to the original payment method (if applicable)

Refunds take 7–10 working days after inspection.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours with photos.
